We provide clients with a clear and detailed cost breakdown, compiling expenses for materials, labor, and specialized services, presenting a formal proposal with a completion timeline, and revising the estimate as needed based on client feedback, value engineering or scope adjustments.
Engineer
We translate client requirements into detailed designs and technical drawings. We prepare detailed shop drawings and CAD models that specify dimensions, materials, and construction techniques while ensuring materials meet performance and aesthetic requirements, such as durability, fire resistance, or visual appeal.
Project Management
Our team at Signature Woodworking oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of millwork projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget constraints, and timelines. This role involves extensive coordination between various stakeholders, including clients, designers, fabricators, and installation crews and delivers high-quality millwork that meets expectations and enhances the functionality and appearance of the commercial space.
Production
We begin the manufacturing process with our approved designs and cut, shape, and assemble materials in the workshop using precise techniques. We employ the use CNC machines, hand tools, and specialized equipment for detailed craftsmanship.
Quality Control
All millwork is inspected to meet all standards and specifications for precision, accuracy, and finish quality, addressing any defects or adjustments before shipping or installation, and conducting a final review to confirm adherence to client specifications.
Delivery & Installation
Finally, we transport and install the millwork at the client’s site by carefully packaging and delivering the finished components, coordinating with contractors or other trades for a seamless installation, ensuring that all pieces fit properly and align with the design plans.
